SMS Messaging Policy

Effective date: March 6, 2026

This SMS Messaging Policy explains how SSDiamondGroup sends text messages for account security and authentication verification.

Program Description

SSDiamondGroup sends SMS messages to users who provide and verify their mobile number in our app. Messages include one-time passcodes and login verification messages used for account access and account security.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on authentication events. Most users receive messages only when requesting sign-up or sign-in verification.

Opt-In

SMS opt-in is collected through a required web checkbox during phone account signup. Users must check the consent box before the "Send Verification Code" button is enabled.

The checkbox language discloses message purpose, STOP/HELP commands, and that message and data rates may apply.

For a step-by-step public description of this flow, see our SMS Opt-In Workflow.

Sample Message

Example: "Your SSDiamondGroup verification code is 123456. This code expires in 10 minutes. Reply STOP to opt out."

Opt-Out and Help

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS.

For help, reply HELP to any SMS.

You may also contact support at support@ssdiamondgroup.com.

Fees and Carriers

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We use your mobile number only for authentication and account security verification. We do not sell your phone number or SMS consent data.

SMS consent is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
